Northwest Naturals Selects Sage ERP X3 Process

Pittsburgh, PA – October 12, 2006

Northwest Naturals, LLC (www.nwnaturals.com), has selected Sage ERP X3 to completely integrate the company’s manufacturing process with the goals of improving employee access to information, increasing efficiency and enhancing customer service.

Founded in 1981, Northwest Naturals is a privately held blending business located near Seattle, Wa. The company manufactures a 100% natural fruit juice product line, specializing in blending fruit juice concentrates, bases and sweeteners targeted to industrial markets.

The company will implement the entire Sage ERP X3 suite including process manufacturing for formula management and inventory control with lot traceability. “We wanted to avoid selecting a complicated, expensive system,” said Twyla DelPozzi, Northwest Naturals Accounting Administrator who spearheaded the project. “Of the software packages we examined, Sage ERP X3 offered all the functionality we needed, at a very competitive price. We anticipate a smooth implementation as we will not require additional add-ons or third party packages.”
